Hello World

I'm Matt Langeman. I live in Owen Sound, Ontario with my wife, three kids and dog. I have worked professionally as a full-stack web developer and consultant since 2001.

Work

I run a small business called Junction Station. Recently I decided to transition my business away from building general web applications, and towards designing and building web-based custom dashboards that help business analysts and leaders increase efficiency and make better decisions.

Life

Family is a big part of my life. I have three kids (born in 2013, 2014, 2015) and one dog (born 2021). When my children were very young I spent several years as a stay-at-home dad. I am an Anabaptist Christian who is disillusioned with much of organized Christianity.

I enjoy hiking the Bruce Trail and other trails near my home. A recent injury has stopped me from playing with the Ultimate Frisbee crew here in Owen Sound, but I hope to get back out there soon.
